Why can't I print/scan from D4Web?

In this article you will find the following:

    Check that you can print/scan outside of D4Web.

    1. If you can't, please speak with your IT Technician or whoever managers your IT equipment.

    2. If you can, please check your printer settings in D4Web.

      1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

      2. Group: Paths and Links
