Writing Fast Notes

In this article you will find the following:

    Fast notes are available in all of the following pages, providing quick access to regularly used text templates:

    • Charting

    • Treatment Plan

    • Treatment

    • Invoices

    • Claims

    • Debtors

    • Laboratory Works

    For the purpose of the below instructions, Treatment page will be used.

    1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Treatment page

    2. Double Click in the Nt column against the relevant item

      1. Click the Date/Time stamp icon mceclip1.pngif automatic insert if not activated  

      2. Select:

        1. Fast Notes tab

        2. Provider to view 

        3. Notes group

        4. fast note Descriptionmceclip1.png

      3. Click OK
