When entering items into Treatment Plan, the fees used are specified by the date.

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page
Group: Treatment
When adding items to an existing Treatment Plan, use the item fee period of
1. Date of the Plan: The fee of the item will be set based on the fee period
2. Today: The fee of the item will be set based on the fee Today
