In this article you will find the following:

    The below setting must be activated to design SMS and e-mail template reminders for appointments.

    1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

    2. Group: Appointment Book

      1. Use Templates for Appointment SMS/E-mail Notifications and Reminders: Yes
