Setup Patient File for Insurance Claims

The following must be set in the patients' file for the claim to process. 

  1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Patients page

  2. Open Insurance/Various tab

    1. Insurance Level: Click List

      1. Click Add

      2. Select relevant Insurance Fund

      3. Enter Member ID

      4. Enter Series

      5. Click Exit

  3. If not setup to handle multiple insurance companies, the Insurance/Various sub-tab will look like this.

    1. Select the fund from the list and enter the Member ID and Series
