eAppointment: Set the Default Appointment Reason

When an appointment is scheduled via eAppointments, a default Appointment Reason can be selected, or set to None.

  1. Within the eServices portal

  2. Click the hamburger menu > Menu > Practice Management

  3. eAppointments Management 

  4. Display Options 

  5. Select practice if multiple locations exist

  6. Default appointment reason. Select the required default option
