Setup Appointment Scheduled SMS Template

With the Automated Appointment Scheduled SMS Feature Activated, setup the message that will be sent. 

  1. Click the navigation menu > Debtors & Marketing > Mail Merge Setup page

    1. Mail Merge Category: Appointments

    2. Select Appointment Scheduling or if this does not exist...

      1. Click Set and enter the name 

      2. Highlight the new set, click Type and enter the name Appointment Schedule

      3. Click the edit icon to create the template

      4. Enter details of the template. Add input fields using the Add Fields menu

      5. Go to File menu >Save and Exit
