Set Automation Appointment Reminders, Recalls, Queries and Debtors E-mail


If using Automation for Appointment Reminders, Recalls, Queries and/or Debtors the e-mail send method should be selected.

  1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

  2. Group: Automation

  3. Send automation emails asmceclip1.png

    1. File Attached RTF: The letter is sent as a file attached to the e-mail (not recommended)
    2. HTML format: The letter will be sent in the body of the e-mail (recommended)
