A reason can be required when deleting/modifying records (eg Invoices, Receipts, Treatment Items).

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

Group: System Settings

Security: Make the ‘REASON” for delete/modify mandatory:

No: No reason is required (Default setting)

Yes: A reason is required when deleting a record. A Username and Password is also required.
