No Response from Appointment SMS Reminders

When a patient replies N or No to an Appointment Reminder SMS, the appointment is updated with the Z status.

If patients reply with any other text, eg No sorry, the appointment will not be updated.

Common replies can be added to be recognised as No when an SMS reply is received in D4Web.

  1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

  2. Group: SMS Setting

  3. No Responses for Appointment Reminders

    1. Enter the text required (i.e. No Sorry) 

    2. Ensure each response is followed by a comma (,)

    3. Repeat as necessary
