Managing Replies for SMS Sent from Patient Details

When an SMS is sent from the Patient Details tab and the patient replies, the reply can be found in SMS Manager. 

  1. Click the navigation menu > Management > SMS Manager page

  2. Click RETRIEVE SMS REPLIES

  3. Select Patient Records from the Inboxmceclip0.png

    1. View replies on the right of page
    2. Double click or hover over the message to read the full Message Text
    3. Right click on the message to easily access the patients' file
    4. When actions have been completed, e.g. Patient has been contacted and nothing further to do, select the message and click MOVE TO ARCHIVE
