Ensure FTA appointment status and item triggers are setup for optimised workflow.

Click the navigation menu > Appointments

Right Click on Appointment > Modify Slot...

Add the FTA status within Appointment Statuses

Click OK

Depending on preferences selected, the appointment will either
-
Remain onscreen
-
Automatically move/copy to the Cancellation List
-
Ask for Cancellation Reason
-
And item FTA will be added to the Treatment tab with the notes written in the Copy/Move to cancellation List box
