Managing Replies for SMS Sent from Recalls

When an SMS is sent from Recalls and the patient replies, the reply can be found in SMS Manager. 

  1. Click the navigation menu > Management > SMS Manager page

  2. Click RETRIEVE SMS REPLIES

  3. Select Recalls from the Inbox

    1. View replies on the right of page

    2. Right click on the message to easily access the patients' file (coming to D4web soon)

    3. When actions have been completed, e.g. Patient has been contacted and nothing further to do, select the message and click MOVE TO ARCHIVE
