Link "CHECK OUT" event to Recall Update window

Choose to have the Recall Update window appear when checking out, enabling the provider to decide on the recall or when invoice is created by the front desk staff after invoice creation

  1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

  2. Group: Appointment Book

  3. Link "CHECK OUT" event to "Update Recall Date" window?

    1. Yes = The recall window appears at appointment checkout

    2. No = The recall window appears when invoice created.
