New Perio Chart Recordings

In this article you will find the following:

    A new chart should be created per visit to allow a comparison of Perio measurement recordings 

    New Recording: Same Provider, Today's Date/Time

    1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Perio page

    2. Perio toolbar > New Recording

      1. The new chart will have date, time and provider automatically set

     New Recording: Different Provider / Date / Time

    1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Perio page

    2. Perio toolbar > New Recording (customer settings)

      1. Enter the correct Date / Time / Provider
