Mediasuite Online: Setup Foot Pedal

A serial dual foot pedal to capture camera images is integrated into Mediasuite.

To add the foot-pedal interface:

1. Click Capture using Client Scanner icon

2. The 'Client Capture' will start the 'MediaSuite Scanner' window

   1. Go to Capture menu > Foot Pedal Setup
      
      
   2. Select from the Device list
      
   3. The dual pedal would usually operate as follows:
      1. First Left – image is frozen
      2. Second Left – Image is saved and the preview goes live
      3. Single Right works only after the First Left – image is not saved and goes live

4. Mark the Reverse A/B check box to swap the functions of the left and right pedals as above

5. Enter the COM Port number (1-127)

6.  Click OK
