-Change from Family Member to Family Head of Same Family

In this article you will find the following:

    Scenario: Nathan, 15 was the first patient to attend the practice. Now his Mum, Elyn is a patient and should be made the Head of the family. 

    1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Patients page

    2. Find the Family Member file  mceclip0.png

    3. Change the Status from Family Member to Family Headmceclip2.png

      1. Ensure the correct family is shown onscreen (same family will show by default)

      2. Click OK
