-Change Appointment Book Slot Duration

Standard/Linear appointment books can be setup with a slot duration of as little as 5 minutes. Follow the below steps to change the duration either on a template or on one appointment day.

Change Slot Duration on Template

1. Click the navigation menu > Appointments

2. Click the hamburger menu > Setup All Books

3. In the 'Setup appointment book' window:

   1. Highlight the book name

   2. Click Templates

      

4. In the Template setting window:

   1. Click the Add New Start Date icon

   2. Enter the date the change is to take effect

   3. Click OK

5. In the new template:

   1. Right click in the day where change will occur

   2. Select Template Parameter

   3. Enter the new Slot Duration

   4. Click OK

   5. Repeat for all other days if applicable

   6. Select Whole Template radio button

   7. Click Apply to the Book's days

      
   8. Click Exit  

Change Slot Duration on an individual Day

The following instructions apply to only the day(s)/date(s) selected, unlike the template. 

1. Click the navigation menu > Appointments

2. Right click on the appointment book day > Select Change Day/Book Setup

   1. Enter the Slot Duration

   2. Click OK
