Automatically add/remove Item in Treatment for Status UTA/FTA

When an appointment is copied or moved to the Cancellation List, D4Web can automatically add an item to the Treatment page. This can be set up in two areas. 

1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

2. Group: Appointment Book

   1. Set the Automatically add/remove item in Px treatment (status FTA) to Yes 
      
   2. Set the Automatically add/remove item in Px treatment (status UTA) to Yes 
      
3. Location Setup > Items:
   1. Find the FTA/ UTA item or add new items if they don't already exist.
      1. Highlight FTA item: 
         1. Open Other Details tab
         2. Tick FTA-Fail to Attend tick box
      2. Highlight UTA item: 
         1. Open Other Details tab
         2. Tick UTA-Unable to Attend tick box
            
4. Click the navigation menu > Appointments > hamburger menu > Setup Appointment Status types
   1. Tick Automatically add/remove FTA item in Px treatment 
   2. Tick Automatically add/remove UTA item in Px treatment 
   3. Click OK
