In this article you will find the following:

    When entering Treatment Notes, the date and time can be recorded from the system date.

    1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

    2. Group: Treatment

    3. Auto-insert a Date/time stamp in notes

      1. Yes: The Date / Time stamp appears on each note.
