Add to the Appointment Cancellation Reasons list

Additional reasons for appointment cancellation can be added into the database for reporting purposes.

For example, Rescheduled can be used for appointments copied/moved to cancellation list, which have been rescheduled.

The appointments linked to any added reasons will be counted as ‘Other Reasons” in reports related to cancellation analysis. 

  1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > System Tables page

  2. System Tables: Appointment Cancellation – common ‘Reason’ list

    1. Click ADD

    2. Enter new reason

  3. If a reason is no longer required and has never been used it can be deleted:

    1. Select reason row and click DELETE

  4. If a reason is no longer required and has been used it can not be deleted:

    1. Select the row and remove tick from the Active tick box
