-Add Preset (Pre-Booked) Slots to Templates

In this article you will find the following:

    Pre-booked slots can be added to a template or on an individual day. The below instructions are for a template.

    1. Click the navigation menu > Appointments

    2. Click the hamburger menu > Setup all books

    3. Select the book 

      1. Click TEMPLATES

      2. Click the Add icon

        1. Enter the date to start this new template

        2. Click OK

      3. Right click on the time to add the slot to
        1. Insert New > Preset Slot

          1. Enter the Start and End time / enter a Duration

          2. Select the Slot Type

          3. Click OK

      4. When finished:

        1. Click Whole template radio button

        2. Click APPLY TO THE BOOK'S DAYS

        3. Click EXIT
