National Dental Plan: Activate Contract

When a National Dental Plan application has been submitted and approved, and the patient’s first appointment has been completed; the payment plan agreement must be activated. This will commence the payment process.

  1. Visit the Humm website www.certegyezipay.com.au

  2. Enter the Merchant Login

  3. Select Contract Activationsmceclip1.png

  4. Select the Patient/Applicant from the list

  5. Select Activation

  6. The contract will automatically submit to the Ezi-Pay system for processing
