Add Fee Surcharges for Weekends and Public Holidays


It is possible to charge a Surcharge for work completed on Weekends and/or Public Holidays. The Fee in Treatment or Treatment Plan will automatically update to include the Surcharge.

Once the feature is activated, and the Public Holidays are set, follow the below steps to set the Surcharge fees.

Set Surcharge Amounts

  1. Click the navigation menu > Management Fees page

  2. Select the relevant Fee Level

    1. Option A: Apply Surcharge Percentage to All Items

      1. Click on SAT / SUN or PHOL

      2. Enter the % amount
      3. Click OK

    2. Option B: Apply Surcharge to Select Items

      1. Within the relevant column: SAT / SUN or PHOL, enter the percentage per item
