From the IMAGES page:

Select Images from the IMPORT dropdown

Select date:
-
Click drop list to select Month & Year

Click the Left or Right arrow to change by single months

Once the option is selected click OK

Click BROWSE FILES

Or drag and drop from desktop as required, when this done the following will appear
(Note: Note that only MP4 and MP2 video formats are supported)

An image / video can be removed from the import by clicking on the ‘X’ in the top-right corner of the image

When ready to import the image / video, click the IMPORT IMAGES button

The following will be displayed
-
If SAVE ALL is clicked the image/ video will be saved as is

If needed the following optional meta-data can be assigned to any image:
-
Charting information can be assigned to an image
-
The image can be rotated or flipped
-
DICOM Modality can be assigned (if applicable)
-
Image specific Notes can be assigned
-
The image can be deleted
-
-
These changes can be made by hovering mouse over the image and clicking PROCESS
-
To delete Image, click DELETE
-
When Changes are made, click SAVE
-
Charting information can be assigned by clicking the appropriate icons
-
Images can be rotated left (anti-clockwise) or right (clockwise) 90 degrees each time the button is pressed

Images can be flipped (mirror imaged) by pressing the appropriate button

The DICOM modality of an image can be assigned by selecting it from the dropdown, not all options are shown

Image specific notes can be assigned to an image by entering them here

Once an image has been saved, it is visible in the IMAGES page and can be edited
