In this article you will find the following:

    A title can be added to the eForms landing page

    1. Within the eServices portal

      1. Go to Menu mceclip1.png >Practice Management

      2. eAppointments Management

      3. Display Options

        1. eForms Welcome Text: Enter the text to be displayed
          mceclip2.png

        2. Click Save
