The Practice Insights security setting will determine if the user can see the menu items & access the individual Insights dashboards.
Access to all dashboards for the "Administrator" Super Group is ticked By Default
- Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Security page

Select the Groups tab

Tick the Practice Insights option for each group where access is permitted

Tick the individual dashboards box to allow access

Data access to the each dashboard is controlled by Security SuperGroups.

Setup Security SuperGroups to ensure the correct people are able to access the required dashboard
There is one exception: Overview Dashboard. The data in the Overview Dashboard will be visible to anyone who has been given access to the Practice Insights action
