Send Manual Recalls via E-mail


Once a Recall batch has been created, e-mails can be sent to the patients.

The e-mail template must be setup & template designed before e-mails can be sent.

  1. Click the navigation menu > Debtors & Marketing > Recalls page

  2. Select the batch name from the Batch drop list

  3. Select Recall Letters and click E-mailmceclip2.png

  4. A list appears of patients who cannot be sent an e-mail.

    1. Click CONTINUE

  5. Click NEXT and PREVIOUS to scroll through the patients

  6. Click SEND to send the e-mailsmceclip4.png
