Security: Auto Logout

In this article you will find the following:

    If a user does not show an activity for the designated time, D4Web automatically log that user out. 

    1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Security page

    2. Select the Auto Logout section

      1. Click radio button to view the list of users by Company, Locations, Groups or all Users

      2. Tick box to Enable Auto Logout
      3. Click PRINT to printout a user logout detail list
      4. Enter text to search for a login namemceclip1.png

        1. Login: User login name

        2. Location: Practice location

        3. Auto Logout delay time: Select the time from OFF to 8hours from the drop list
