Security: Trusted Devices

In this article you will find the following:

    A Trusted Device is a device that will not pass IP-address verification, which will allow a specific user to log in even from a forbidden IP.

    1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Security page

    2. Select the Trusted Devices section

      1. Computer name: Select the computer name from the list

      2. Login: Select the login name from the list

      3. Trusted: Mark the tick box once Computer name & Login have been entered. Unmark if/when this is no longer a trusted device

        1. IP Address (last login): The IP address used

        2. Notes (last Login): The Notes column refers to in-depth computer information
