The patient will receive an SMS when they are marked as Checked Out in the Appointment Book. Practices can insert their feedback survey link in the SMS to request a feedback from the patient.

Setup

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

Group: SMS Settings

Select Yes for Send SMS on Patient Check Out

Click the navigation menu > Debtors & Marketing > Mail Merge Setup page

Mail Merge Category: Appointments

Highlight Appointment CheckOut

Click the edit icon to create the template
-
Send SMS
-
Right click appointment > Click Checked Out
-
Click Yes to the message
-
Check the SMS, click Send
