To update the rebate amounts for a current Insurance plan:

Click the navigation menu > Insurance > Insurances page

Find the Insurance Company from the Insurance in View drop List

Highlight the Plan row in the Insurance Plans section

Click EDIT button

- In the Insurance Plan Details window:
- Click the New Period icon to enter the New Period Start Date
- Enter date and click OK button
- Tick Co-Payment is allowed box
- Add the rebate fee against each item
- Click OK button
- Click the New Period icon to enter the New Period Start Date
