National Dental Plan: Setup or Update NDP Terms, Fees & Deposit %


The Default deposit %, Establishment Fee and Monthly Fee can be changed to reflect any changes that may occur and New NDP Payment Terms can also be added or existing edited.

Before making any changes, please note: 

  • Changes can only be made if notification has been received from the National Dental Plan and/or Humm.

  • Any changes made by you that National Dental Plan and/or Humm have not authorised will be automatically changed to the original setting at the application process.

  1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page

  2. Group: National Dental Plan

    1. Establishment Fee: The amount to be charged

    2. Monthly Fee: The amount to be charged

    3. NDP Payment Terms:

      1. Click into the row and the NDP Payment Terms window will pop up

      2. Select ADD to enter a new payment term

      3. Enter Term (Months), Max Balance and Deposit (%)

      4. Click OK
    4. Edit existing:
      1. Term (Months) by selecting and typing new amount of months
      2. Max Balance ($) by selecting and typing new balance amount
      3. Deposit (%) by selecting and typing new deposit %
      4. Click OK
