eAppointment Confirmation

  • The patients can indicate if the appointment is in response to a recall and add any notes for this appointment before clicking on Confirm

  • If the surgery uses the SMS services the patient will automatically receive an SMS confirmation via the mobile number they used to sign up to his/her account

  • The patient can change the confirmation method for their further reminders by clicking on their name (top, right hand cover) > Preferences

  • After a patient schedules an eAppointment, they will be automatically redirected to another URL that you have selected in Redirect Patient After Appointment Booking
