-Add a new Guardian

A parent / Guardian / Carer responsible for a child account (usually a person who is NOT a patient).

  1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Patient page

  2. View toolbar > Guardians List

  3. In the 'Guardians List' Window:

    1. Click ADD NEW

    2. Fill in the details

    3. Click OK

  4. Select Guardian from the ‘Send Invoice to’ drop list
