Delete a Perio Chart Recording

In this article you will find the following:

    Delete a Perio Chart recording.

    • Ensure you are in the correct Perio chart to be deleted before proceeding

    • The deleted recording can NOT be reinstated once it is deleted

    1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Perio page

      1. Perio toolbar > Delete this Chart or click on Delete Icon

      2. Click YES confirm

      3. Click NO to cancel
