Automation Recalls: If there are a few members of one family due for their recall will the family head receive separate sms’s for each family member?

When using Automation Recalls, the SMS is usually sent to the Family Head.

When patients are set as a family member and their Recalls are set to be sent to the family head, one SMS will be sent to the family head.

To ensure the SMS is addressed to the correct patients, input fields are configured.

This will ensure the recall reminder is addressed to the correct patients.
