An Allergy can only be deleted if no patients have been assigned to it.
Delete Allergies

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Allergy / Medical page

Select the Allergy and click DELETE

Click YES to delete the Allergy
Mark Allergies as Inactive

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Allergy / Medical page
-
Select the Allergy and untick Is Active
