A Medical Condition can only be deleted if no patients have been assigned to it.
Delete Medical Conditions

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Allergy / Medical page

Select the Medical Condition and click DELETE

Click YES to delete the Allergy
If the Medical Condition has been used, you are unable to delete it. In this case you can mark the Medical Condition as Inactive or if its a duplicate refer to the Merge Medical Conditions article before deleting.
Mark Medical Conditions as Inactive

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Allergy / Medical page

Select the Medical Condition and untick Is Active
