Manage Allergy List

Allergies can be added directly from the Patients page and also from Allergy / Medical page.

The Allergy / Medical page provides additional management options, such as delete, merge and hide options from eForms.

  1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Allergy / Medical page

  2. In the List of Allergies section, click ADD

    1. Enter the new allergy
