For security purposes, connecting to D4W Mobile requires a complex password, which the user's current D4Web password may not meet.
The user's password in D4Web can be updated to meet the requirements.

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Security page > Users tab

Double click on the relevant user

In the 'Users Attributes' window:

Enter the New password

Confirm password
-
Click OK
-
Note the restrictions list. If any are red then you have NOT met the criteria to confirm the new password.
