WHATS NEW NOW

Video files import, storage and playback

Import, Save and Playback video files. Import videos via Import > Images.

Important!  Note that only MP4 and MP2 video formats are supported. 

Recovery page

Add images that have been deleted from the Examination page.

Once an Image is deleted on the Examination page they are moved to the Recovery page.

Opening a year folder in the Viewer should open all the studies' folders

Opening/selecting a year folder in the viewer, will open that years studies and all later years studies. For example if year 2023 is selected, years 2024 and 2025 would also be opened.

WHATS ENHANCED & UPDATED

Image Download

When downloading an image the following window is displayed, the following options are available:

• Set the filename of the downloaded file, this could include the Study date if needed

• Change the file type from JPG (default) to PNG

• Add the following as text on the image:

  • Patient name

  • Patient ID – Dental4Web card number

  • Patient DOB

  • Study Date

  • Text options – Colour, Size, Bold, Italic, Position (Schema)

Text annotations in the Unicode

Text Annotations now uses Unicode to support languages other than English

Copy and paste a single image

It is now possible to ”Copy” a single (browser restriction) image from patient page and “Paste” in to another application (e.g. Word).  This is achieved by hovering over the 3 dots and selecting Copy.

Tooltip for DICOM download

There is a tooltip now for the DICOM download button in the Viewer.
