When a Query batch is created (manually or via automation), an item is triggered and auto inserted into the patients Treatment File with details of the Query batch in the notes.
Turn ON feature
Please contact Support to turn on this feature
Setup Trigger Item

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > > Items page

Add a new Item (e.g. QRY). Click here for instruction if required

While the item is highlighted, open the Other Details tab
- Non-Treatment box must be ticked
- Tick Queries box
Run the Queries Batch (Manual Queries Only)

Click the navigation menu > Debtors & Marketing > Queries page

Run and Create the Queries batch

Send correspondence sent (via letters, SMS, Email)
View the Treatment page
The Trigger item will appear in the Treatment page for the relevant patient once an automated batch has been sent and / or when sent via manual Query.
An automatic note is also attached that includes the Queries batch details: <Query Created Date & Time / Created by / Sent via letters, SMS or Email / Sent Date & Time / Query batch name>
