Shifting Treatment Plan items - Drag & Drop method

Items in the Treatment Plan page can now not only be shifted up or down per row but can also be moved around within the visits via the Drag & Drop method. The new Drag & Drop method allows single or multiple item rows to be dragged and dropped as required within a visit.
