Link eForms to eKiosk

When a patient checks themself in with eKiosk they can be redirected to fill out eForms that are due. 

  1. Click the navigation menu > Management > eServices page

  2. Select eKiosk tab

  3. Click SELECT EFORMS... 
                                                                                                                             

  4. Synced eForms will be listed

    1. Tick All forms for patients to be directed to fill out all synced eForms during check in
    2. Click in tick box to remove tick or untick All forms to select manually any eForms to be Included for patients during check in
    3. Select Patient Type e.g. New for New Patient Medical History so only new patients will be asked to fill out this form                                                                                      
    4. Select Frequency form is to be filled out e.g. Once for New Patient Medical History
    5. Click OK
