When a patient checks themself in with eKiosk they can be redirected to fill out eForms that are due.

Click the navigation menu > Management > eServices page

Select eKiosk tab
-
Click SELECT EFORMS...
-
Synced eForms will be listed
- Tick All forms for patients to be directed to fill out all synced eForms during check in
- Click in tick box to remove tick or untick All forms to select manually any eForms to be Included for patients during check in
- Select Patient Type e.g. New for New Patient Medical History so only new patients will be asked to fill out this form
- Select Frequency form is to be filled out e.g. Once for New Patient Medical History
- Click OK
